Frequently asked questions

How does the AI food scan work?

On the Home screen, tap the camera button and photograph your meal (or pick a photo from your library). Bulky AI estimates the calories, protein, carbs, and fats for you. You can edit any value before saving.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically. To manage or cancel, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → SubscriptionsBulky AI. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall or Profile and tap Restore Purchases to recover your active subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your meals, weight logs, and meal photos. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in iOS Settings (see above).

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your data and we don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
